Online Registration for provisional admission to Class XI in academic session 2026-27 will commence on Saturday, February 28, 2026, as per the Admission Schedule given below.
For your benefit, we have uploaded the list of subjects / streams available in our school, subject to adequate number of applicants. However, if any change is implemented by the board in the coming months, we shall abide by the board’s directives, which may result in change of one subject in the existing stream and addition of one language native to India.
Do note that no queries will be entertained over the telephone or in person, hence please refrain from visiting or calling up the school to clarify about the provisional admission process.

Important
- 1. No change in date / time of any of the admission-related processes will be allowed. Requests for changing the date / time will not be responded to. If you cannot adhere to the schedule, please do not register.
- 2. Registration is not a guarantee for admission. The School Administration reserves the right to offer admission to selected candidates only. You are requested to read all information given here under, before attempting to fill up the Online Registration Form.
- 3. The Admission Form is common for both – DPS & Non-DPS Candidates.

All students have to compulsorily avail School Transport Facility. Commuting by private vehicles will not be allowed. Exceptions will be allowed only for students residing near the School Campus and designated ‘supervision' areas. All others have to necessarily select the nearest Bus Stop while filling the Online Registration Form.

| There is only one type of Registration Form for both - DPS Coimbatore students and candidates from other schools. |
| Form |
| This form is meant for DPS Coimbatore and Non-DPS Coimbatore candidates who shall be passing Class X from a recognised board in academic session 2026-27. 1. Fields marked with a star are mandatory. 2. Update all fields that are blank. Ensure all information is correct. 3. Before selecting the two subject / stream preferences, you must read the options offered by the school. Once you have chosen both options and submitted the Form, it cannot be changed. Also, you cannot select the same option in both the preferences. 4. School Transport is compulsory for students of Classes XI & XII, except for students residing in Supervision Areas designated by School. Request for supervision facility from other areas will not be entertained and provisional admission will be cancelled. The list of bus stops is given on our website under a separate link. 5. Click on “Submit” button. In case any field is left blank, you will get an error message and will be directed to fill the relevant field. Once all fields are correctly filled up, check once again and click on “Submit”. 6. Thereafter, you will be taken to the Payment Gateway. Read “Guidelines-Making Online Payment”. Ensure that your payment – Debit/Credit Card/Net banking – information is ready. 7. After successful payment, an email as well as an SMS will be sent. You should retain the message as it will have the Registration Number mentioned. A copy of the filled up Form will also be sent in the email. You need not take a print of this form. 8. In case of failure to make the payment online, go back to the Registration Form link and click on - “Proceed for Payment if Registration Form already filled”, given at the top right. Fill up the 10-digit Application Form Number and proceed to pay. 9. If no Email is received, you must check the Junk / Spam Folder. 10. The School will not be responsible for non-receipt of any email / SMS due to wrong data furnished in the Application Form. 11. Another email shall be sent after 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2026, with complete details on the remaining process. If no email is received, you should email us by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 20, 2026. 12. The date and time allotted for the written test and interaction (as applicable), will, under no circumstances, be changed. Candidate must be accompanied by both parents for the interaction, which will be held at School. 1. Admission results will be emailed to all candidates as given in the Admission Schedule. |

Follow strictly the instructions mentioned in the Pre-Admission Checklist sent as a part of the result email. Payment should be made as per instructions given in the Admission Result mail. Classes will commence from the date given in the Admission Schedule. |

It is important that BEFORE you attempt to fill up the Registration Form, you read carefully and understand the ‘Guidelines on Filling up the Registration Form’ and ‘Guidelines on Making Online Payment’.
Under no circumstances will payment be accepted in cash or any other mode.

Guidelines
- Once you have submitted the Student Registration Form, you have to ‘Agree’ to the ‘Terms and Conditions for Online Payment” and thereafter, click on ‘Proceed to Pay’.
- This will take you to the Payment Gateway page.
- An amount of INR 2,500 will be debited from your Debit/Credit Card/Bank Account, hence ensure that your Debit/Credit Card/Bank Account has sufficient balance to make the online payment. Also ensure that your Account is an Indian Rupee Account valid for making online payments in India.
- You must also ensure that you have the Online Banking Password issued by your banking service provider, BEFORE you attempt to make the payment.
- You may select the mode of payment from the options available and proceed to pay the Registration Fee.
On successful payment, you will get a message on the Email ID given by you, from the payment gateway. This is also a receipt of the transaction. Please retain this for your record and reference.
If no email/SMS is received within two days from successful registration and payment, you must check your Junk/Spam folder and also recheck that you filled up the correct email ID and mobile number in the Form. If you still find that no email/SMS has been received, you should write to admissions@dpscoimbatore.com. Subject of the email should necessarily contain Application Form No., Name of the Candidate & Class applied for.

- 2. If, at any stage in the Online Payment, a difficulty is encountered, please go back to the Registration Form page and click on “Proceed for Payment if Registration form already filled” link at the top right of the page. Enter the correct Form No. and then “Proceed to Pay”.
- 3. You must note that the Payment Gateway is provided by a third party and has been integrated into the Registration Process for your convenience. While we take utmost care to hire the best available services, at no cost to the applicant (Transaction Charges are borne by the school), any lacuna in the payment process cannot be rectified by us. We shall, as always, however, strive to forward your complaints to the Payment Gateway provider and expect a resolution as soon as possible.
